Day 1 of Corona Shut Down

Well well well... We are living in some crazy times. The Coronavirus is effecting everyone across the world . Life as we know it has changed. One major thing that is effecting a lot of people in the country and around the world is that many places of work are closing down indefinitely. My place of work included. My place of work has shut down as of the 16th. My official last day of work until we are allowed to go back was the 17th. People including myself could be out of work for weeks or months. No one knows. So while I'm not working I figure I will try to post on here as much as I can.  This whole thing that we're all living through right now is history! So I plan on documenting just a little bit of it lol.

Another thing that has changed in the would is grocery stores! They're a mad house. Finding food and cleaning supplies has never been so hard. And why is everyone hording the toilet paper????? Why!?! lol This whole thing is just so crazy! Thank God I work in a place where I was able to get some toilet paper or I would be shitting in the shower just so I could hose off, all because panic buyers are hording supplies! And thank God the stores finally started placing limits on how much of one item people can buy. So that finally everyone can get what they need.

My wife and I were finally able to get some food after running to at least 6 different stores in a day. Picking up a bag of chicken here, or a carton of eggs there. So the good news is I don't have to eat my arm this week! lol.

Now without further ordure. Let start with day 1 on shut down.

Day 1 on Corona shut down.
Well bloggers, we may not be allowed to be super social. They don't want anyone in big groups. ( I believe now more than 10 to 50  people in a closed space ) Races / events have all been postponed. Movie theaters, gyms, malls, restaurants, and most if not all retail stores have all been closed down for the time being. No date as to when anything will be allowed to re-open.

If you are around people they ask that you stay at least 6 to 8 feet apart.

So what are we supposed to do?? Well, you are still allowed outside. Nature is not off limits! And nature is amazing! So get out and enjoy!!

I took day one to go fishing. Look at all the beauty in these pictures.
Just outside in nature breathing in that cool crisp air. It's amazing out there. I didn't catch anything however. Maybe all the fish still have jobs lol. They didn't come out to play.

I also got in some more guitar playing time.
It's always fun to pick around and play a little music when you can.

I was also able to get a little work done outside in the back yard. I spent time with all the fur babies. Made an amazing dinner for my wife who is still working through all this mess. She is a nurse. Working on the front lines for everyone in need. God bless her and everyone still working during this pandemic.

Since I'm now home-bound and my wife is still working I am  making it a point to make her life as easy as I possibly can. With that said, dinner last night was a big success. She said and I quote "I'm gonna get fat". lol

That's it for now bloggers. Stay well, Stay Healthy!

I'll check back again soon.
