I still think most of us in the Rochester, area will pick up that 7" to 10" inch range. However the latest data this morning is showing the chance at as much as a foot of snow! So isolated higher amounts cannot be ruled out at this time. Here is a look at my latest snowfall total forecast below.
You can see I have that wide spread area of 7" to 10" inches across most of Rochester. With the slightly lighter color of purple showing the chance of over 10" inches of snow.

Some models are showing isolated 4" inches for you guys in the Midwest. So don't totally rule that out. However most will see that 1" to 3" inch range.
